Clinical Care

Registered Nurse (RN) — $110 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — $80 per hour

Home Support/State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) — $35 per hour

Legacy Care

Life Review and Legacy Services — $110 per hour

After-Hours Care

Evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday services are billed at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.
